Park Electrical Services Belfast are looking to expand their team:

Role: Operations Support Administrator  

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Location: Belfast

Role Description

Managing the daily administration of key product ranges, ensuring the effective and efficient
preparation of forecasting and procurement models by providing administration and information
support to multi departments and business entities across the PES Group.

Data and information management are at the centre of this position and will require a highly organised individual with an advanced excel skillset.

While primarily based in Belfast, there may be the occasional need to travel to the Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities

•  Administration support to Operations Manager for projects and information management across NI and IE offices and warehouses
•  Preparation of key product stock forecasting, ordering models and administration support
•  Maintain accurate stock delivery tracker
•  Help in the design, development and management of a suite of business reports across the business
•  Extract data & build into excel reports. Produce & run ad-hoc reports across the various departments
•  Interpret data and provide recommendations and/ or define trends that result in cost reductions or improved efficiency
•  Compile and maintain accurate records for key business and ISO components e.g. Fleet management, Facilities management and Logistical contracts
•  Ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of all systems and records
•  Work as part of a team to ensure the successful procurement of products across the supply chain and client base
•  To produce, maintain and manage a suite of business reports to support decision making.

Essential Criteria

•  Proven exposure to Microsoft Office packages
•  Proven experience of using MS Excel at an advanced level
•  Proven experiencing compiling, analysing and refining automated business reports

Desirable Criteria

•  ODBC & SQL query building experience
•  Experience in using Sage software packages
•  Supply chain knowledge
•  Experience in using Power BI

The successful candidate will be smart, results driven and highly organised with a positive attitude and the technical skills to manage their daily workload and responsibilities. They will have good communication skills and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels. 
They will have the ability to analyse situations systematically and present simplified options to support business decisions.
